Many of Artisan Asia's creative designs have over 50% recycled content ingeniously conceived to enhance the beauty of the products,
while maintaining its commitment to environmental stewardship. In addition to recycled content, Artisan Asia has taken advantage
of the local abundant flora for other material requirements. These include hemp and abacia, waterhyacinth and rattan, bamboo and
casava as well as local grasses like mendong and pandanus (seagrass).

Coconut wood is the option we like because it is strong tropical hardwood that is exquisitely beautiful "and"
grown ecologically in plantation in most islands in Indonesia.
The wood substance is high fibrous which resists warping and cracking.
The surfaces are natural and beautiful clear-grain and durable.
We work with manufacturers that uses kiln-dry, fine-sanding, termite protection and sealing with 3 layers of clear UV protection finishes.
Termite treatment is applied to all woods and all wood surfaces using non-toxis borate solutions.
And, on top of these process we are required by Indonesian export regulation to fumigate all types of shipment, be it as small
as 1meter-cubic to an entire container
These tables below are made from reclaimed old teak root. By adding the glasstop it has now become a beautiful center of discussion in any living room space.
